Do the department and feature templates, again. (Black and white, no images, in single pages.)

• Choose your type wisely.
• Try a bunch.
• Make sure your type snaps to baseline.
• Create a grid that will give you some flexibility.
• Set your type neat so that you won't have rivers, or orphans/widows, etc.
• Kern your headlines.
