Please try to be as specific as possible w/your mark-ups.
These are student examples so they may have some inconsistencies.
Considering Fall 2009 was the first semester that we made them mark-up GQ rather than NY Times I believe they've done a pretty good job.

*Please, bring all your layouts to every class so that we can see how each magazine is developing.

*Please, be on time for the field trips. These art directors are busy and are doing us a favor.

*For reference please purchase and study the Society of Publication Designers (SPD) Annuals and Ellen Lupton's Thinking with Type both available at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, the Strand, etc.
* Please, post all your layouts on your blogs.
